Predominantly self-taught Olive lives and paints from her home in Devon where she is inspired by her beautiful surroundings in nature. Her work is naive in style and charged with energy, texture, and playfulness. Her liberal use of oil paint and mixed media is designed to create a sense of depth and she is continually exploring how composition and colour can evoke feeling. Her pieces aim to elevate the everyday and bring joy to people’s homes. She has previously exhibited in Greene and Stone on Fulham Road.
